End User License Agreement

Capito AI grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select. Auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Capito AI. Capito AI may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
